Liberty One Lending was established with the sole purpose of being a lender for realtors. We understand that re-fi booms come and go, but regardless of interest rates, homes are always going to be bought and sold.

Purchase loans make up almost 90% of our business. This allows us to focus 100% of our attention to what our realtor partners need, thereby serving their clients more efficiently as well.

The last thing a realtor needs is to miss a close of escrow because their lender has too many refinances in their pipeline. When you use Liberty One Lending that will never happen to you!

How We Serve You

Liberty One Lending sees it as our responsibility to increase sales and enhance your reputation throughout the community. We focus on keeping in touch ensuring that everyone involved in each transaction is well informed throughout the entire loan process.

Our relationship with customers does not end when the loan ends. Every 6 to 8 weeks your clients receive a letter that thanks them for their business, congratulates them on personal occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), and reminds them of the wonderful job you did for them as their realtor. Within each letter is a request for referral and the phone number of their realtor, YOU!! Study's show that 80% of all satisfied customers will refer at least one potential client, IF ASKED! Imagine how that will increase your business over time.

We also focus on the future. Did you know that 72% of all people who apply for a home loan today, and are declined, WILL own their own home within 24 to 36 months? This means that all of those clients you have declined for a home loan still need your help. However, the average person is embarrassed, and then left behind as if not worthy.

QUESTION: When these future clients do get their credit or income squared away, and are ready to buy a home, are they going to come back to the place where they felt so bad and were embarrassed?

ANSWER: They will if you use Liberty One Lending! Our marketing system stays in constant, effective, and professional communication with ALL of your clients for you, whether they bought a home, sold a home, or EVEN IF THEY DID NOT QUALIFY!

In fact, that's our specialty. Financing the hard to finance, or getting those who cannot get financing at this time, ready to purchase as quickly as possible, sometimes within 30 days.

We keep in touch with our customers, give you visibility, and keep in touch with you. We have a full time staff whose job it is to do nothing but stay in contact with all of the realtors involved in any transaction. Throughout the loan process you will receive a call once a week, and every time there is a status change.
